Febrero 22, 2013. A pesar de que el presidente de Miss Universo, el magnateDonald Trump, ha tratado por años de reunir en un mismo escenario a varias ex reinas de belleza del famoso certamen de que es dueño, hasta el momento no lo ha logrado, aunque Univisión y los Premios Lo Nuestro sí pudieron hacerlo.

Y es que en el 25 aniversario de la popular premiación a lo mejor de la música latina, se encontraron cuatro beldades, quienes han sido exitosas, cada una en diferentes áreas.

Alicia Machado (Miss Universo 1996) y Zuleyka Rivera (Miss Universo 2006), ambas destacadas hoy en día en la actuación, presentaron un premio durante la ceremonia y demostraron estar encantadas de trabajar una al lado de la otra.

Por su parte, Lupita Jones (Miss Universo 1991) hizo lo propio junto a Julián Gil, su compañero como juez en el también popular reality de Univisión, Nuestra Belleza Latina. Además de personalidad de la televisión y dueña de la franquicia del certamen en México, se ha destacada como empresaria, al igual que Machado, así como escritora.

Mientras tanto, Amelia Vega (Miss Universo 2003), quien ganó el título para República Dominicana, se encargó de las redes sociales durante el evento y se ha destacado en la conducción y el canto.

Aunque no se reveló si las cuatro mujeres se encontraron durante la entrega de reconocimientos o más tarde en el after party, lo cierto es que el show hizo historia al reunir en un mismo programa a estas destacadas ex reinas de belleza.
