Nos encontramos en cuenta regresiva para la edición número 85 de los premios Oscar y, cada febrero millones de espectadores esperan ansiosamente el deleite de uno de los espectáculos de mayor glamour y tradición. Este año se llevarán a cabo el 24 de febero y aquí te compartimos algunos de los detalles y datos curiosos.

 

 

-La primera edición de los premios de la Academia fue en 1929.

 

 

-La primera persona en llamar "Oscar" a la estatuilla en el escenario fue Walt Disney, en 1934 y la Academia reconoció el nombre hasta años después.

 

 

-El Oscar representa a un caballero armado con una espada que aguarda de pie sobre un rollo de película con cinco radios, que simbolizan las cinco ramas originales de la Academia: actores, guionistas, directores, productores y técnicos.

 

 

-Woody Allen nunca ha estado presente en ninguna ceremonia para recoger sus premios y hasta el momento no los ha pedido.

 

 

-Hasta el momento, Meryl Streep es la actriz con más nominaciones al Oscar, seguida por Catherine Hepburn y a ambas les sigue Betty Davis.

 

 

-Jack Nicholson es el actor con más nominaciones hasta el momento, seguido por Laurence Olivier y Paul Newman.
